In this 90 minute workshop we will dive into the nuances of building and maintaining a sourdough starter and their unique personalities. Sourdough starters are not just for baking bread! You will learn the many uses for your starter which improves, digestibility, flavor and nutrition. This class is for beginners as well as those wishing to deepen their understanding of the starter and its role in fermentation.
