In this 2 hour workshop we will explore the superior flavor and nutrition of heritage whole wheat and rye and get you started on building your very own whole grain larder.

WORKSHOP DETAILS:

  • heritage wheat varietals and how to use them in everyday cooking

  • techniques for fermenting grains including soaking and sprouting

  • grain bowls and “grainotto”

  • the superior flavor and nutrition of whole heritage grain
