In this 2 hour hands-on heritage whole grain fresh egg pasta workshop we will explore the benefits of natural fermentation and the re-introduction of heritage grains into our diets.

  • hands on pasta making including ravioli and tortelloni

  • home milling

  • how to build and maintain a natural starter

  • the superior flavor and nutrition of whole heritage grains
